Hello everyone, it is your Admin Akio once more! I am here to advise everyone of information that seemed to have gotten lost whilst we were re-vamping the site.
All NEKO are named through a sort of serial code number system. On your application, you may place the characters full name, but we need this as well.
What you do is chose a random letter for the beginning of the characters name. It can be any letter of your choice, there is no restrictions on this at all.
Next is the actual serial number. Your NEKO must have a serial number. For this you may chose any sequence of four numbers after the letter, no less, no more. This is how the Government sort of "names" the NEKO, and every single NEKO on the site is expected to have this.
Ex: "C1873" Would be an acceptable NEKO code.
All NEKO must have this, or you application will be put on hold until the process is completed.
