Where you can go to adopt your very own NEKO for various prices. This is the only area of the mill open to the public. They display different NEKO on different days.

The very small veterinary clinic where NEKO in critical condition are taken. You may bring your NEKO here, but you cannot follow them inside.

| Experimentation District
The corridors full of rooms where NEKO are taken to be tested on. All the doors have automatic locks.
